Fall Empties!

It's time for my fall empties! If you are new to my blog, let me explain how this goes...

Throughout the season as I finish up products I toss them in a bag so then at the end of any given season I can show you what I have used up and give you my honest review on it! I always think that if someone finishes something up they can give you a really honest opinion on it because they spent the time to use every last drop.

So here we go with my fall empties...

There were a lot this season, I almost filled the entire bag up!

I burned through three (almost four) candles during the fall. I finished up my last Palm Beach Cooler candle. This scent is absolutely delicious smelling. I think that I would describe it as smelling a fruit platter- a mix of cantaloupe and melon, however Bath and Body Works says that is a 'blend of bright berries, sugared grapefruit and fresh coconut'. No matter what it smells like, it is absolutely delicious and I hope they bring it back next year because I will be buying a ton!

I also went through two Leaves candles. These are my absolute favorite of ALL time. I wish I had purchased more because now I only have minature ones left. This scent smells very spicy to me- not at all like actual leaves. I will be purchasing this again next year when they go on sale...but I may check in the BBW outlet sometime soon to see if they have any on discount!

These are the shampoos and conditioners I went through this season. First up is Pantene Pro V shampoo and conditioner samples. I loved these, my hair felt so soft each time I used them! If I didn't already have tons of shampoo and conditioner waiting around to get through I would purchase some more of this. Such a simple brand but great results!

The Body Shops Banana shampoo and conditioner I picked up on my trip to France. The smell is completely intoxicating, however I didn't think that this did wonders for my hair. My hair always felt tangly and dry after using them. I won't repurchase these even though I absolutely loved the smell. I am a little disappointed that these didn't end up working for me because the smell was so nice =(

The last shampoo and conditioner set was Clear Scalp and Hair Therapy's Ultra Shea. I liked these a lot, they made my hair feel soft and shiny. I also like that they focus their research on making shampoo and conditioner work for your scalp. I have an extremely dry scalp, something that has always made things difficult for me and this shampoo and conditioner set solves that problem easily while still focusing on the softness of my hair.

In the category of Hair treatments, I used up my sample of Miss Jessie's Creme de la Creme which I reviewed already here.

I also used another container of Macademia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque. This is one of my all-time favorite products that I continually repurchase even though it is a little pricey. I use this a few times a week after shampooing and conditioning my hair, and it always leaves my hair feeling so silky just as if I had just left the salon.

The Macademia Healing Oil Treatment is something I received in a Birchbox months ago but because it was such a generous sample it took me forever to get through it all! I love this little baby and it was so nice to run through my hair after straightening it to give it a little shine. Make sure you only use the tiniest amount though!

My love for my Burts Bees chapstick continues. EIGHT tubes. EIGHT. I have a problem, but you already knew that =)

Some makeup empties...

I just finished my Pixi eyeliner which was fine. It didn't have long staying power though so I felt as if I had to reapply it during the day. I felt like I was constantly wearing it off and that annoyed me to no end!

The Physicians Formula Lash Booster worked great for a thin line of eyeliner on my lid. The fine tip allowed me to make the eyeliner line as thick or as thin as I wanted it to be which was really nice. However, I don't feel like it made any difference in my actual lashes so I don't believe it's worth any extra money if that's what you're looking for it to do.

I finished up my container of makeup remover q-tips from Almay. These are one of my favorite products because they are ready to go and take makeup off so easily!

The Loreal Infallible eyeliner in black is one of my favorite eyeliners and I have already repurchased it!

I found the Maybelline Falsies mascara to be far too wet. I like my mascara a bit drier so it's easier to put on and keep on. I tried this for a month and it didn't get any nicer, so I won't be buying this one again.

Finally, the Mally Mascara was okay. It wasn't too wet, but it wasn't my favorite mascara by any means. It definitely left clumps on my lashes and was more difficult to get on then I usually like.

I loved this Bath and Body Works Hawaii Coconut lotion. The smell of coconut is absolutely amazing and I wish I had more bottles of this! Yum, yum, yum.

Previously I reviewed the Coola sunscreen here.

I previously reviewed the BCBG Maxazria perfume here.

This Deep Clean Cream Cleanser by Neutrogena has been in my possession for quite a long time. I love that it's super gentle on my skin since my skin is very, very sensitive. I have another product I've been using lately but once that one is done, I may go back to Neutrogena because I loved this one so much!

I love this Skintimate shave gel in Tropical Splash. This is my favorite shave gel, which is why I have it stockpiled! I am not picky with these scents because I like all the Skintimate shave gel scents however this scent is awesome!

In our bathroom, I have finished my Creamy Pumpkin hand soap. I love all the Bath and Body Works fall scents and since this was the last hand soap I had from the fall collection I was very sad to see it go! It's no surprise that this soap smells like...pumpkin!

Now for a product I absolutely hated. Toms Deodorant in Apricot. Okay, so I know I mentioned awhile back that my mom and I both decided to switch to all-natural deodorant with no aluminum in it due to the history of breast cancer in our family. I have been using Tom's deodorant for awhile now but I particularly hated this one. I don't care for the scent of apricots anyways so I don't know why I chose to try it! I felt like it also wore off very quickly and I was having to re-apply several times a day..not fun. So I won't be buying this one again.

Bath and Body Works Stress Relief foot scrub is something that I was given as a gift a few years ago. I liked this well enough but I won't be repurchasing it because I don't think I need it on a daily basis. I would like to try other scents too because there are definitely scents that are more appealing to me than mint!

Last but not least is a bubble bar from LUSH. Magic Wand lasted me quite a few baths. I simply waved this wand in the tub as it was filling up with water and the water filled with bubbles. Not only do I find a bubble bath completely relaxing, but this bubble bar smelt amazing, almost like bubble gum. The water always feels so silky after using it too which makes it even more relaxing!

That's all for my fall empties...I will definitely be back with my winter empties at the end of February!
