Here's what todays run looked like:
5 minute warm up walk
20 minute run
5 minute cool down walk
Did you notice the little inspirational quote on the bottom? "You're running 20 minutes! Isn't it great to know that you are going to reach your goal?"
Now that I'm done with my run I think the inspiration quote is nice but during my run I wasn't feeling great at all...

Only 5 more runs to do- and 8 days to do them. The clock is definitely ticking!
